Kids Heart Felt Health will be at the Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo at the Park Expo & Convention Center on January 30, 2016.  We are planning activities, which will include healthy cooking (with nutrition lessons), fitness games and stations, an obstacle course, tennis, soccer, gardening, science experiments, and a Health Trivia Competition.

Our cooking classes are hands-on (each child makes their own food that they take home with them).  We therefore require advanced registration prior to the event.  If interested in the hands-on cooking classes, please contact us at info@kidsheartfelthealth.com.
