Our fitness program is filled with fun, “team-oriented” exercises that
get kids up and moving. Our
“Heart-Felt” Fitness program also tracks and re-emphasizes our nutritional lessons. Our participants
run relay races and participate in activities in which they are required to answer nutrition-related questions.
In this way, our fitness activities are not only focused on improving cardiovascular health, but continually challenge
our participants to put our nutritional lessons into action.
