What
does it mean to live with "heart"? Aren't we all by nature loving, caring people? Don't we all have big hearts?
Of course we do! But what does it mean to actually "live" with heart?
"Living"
with heart is not something we can passively do. It is not like watching t.v. or reading a book. It does start in a quiet
way, though, because in order to live with heart, we have to first have good thoughts - and not just good thoughts about ourselves
(how we look and how we feel, which is very important), but we also need to have "heart"-felt thoughts about others.
Because "living with heart" requires us to actually do something to show our hearts to others,
we give kids 5 key "HEART" ingredients (character traits) and ask them to do something each week exemplifying these
"HEART" characteristics.
